The hotel was beautiful although no kids area in the pool
We had two young children and I felt the receptionist could have spoken to them and asked them about Santa as it was so close to Christmas and maybe look a bit more interested but that was the only negative to be fair

Wonderful
Staff was lovely very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious on both nights. Room was very comfortable and clean. Overall hotel is good and we will be back again.
Room service was to late when you stay for more than 1 night, 5pm is to late for us Swimming pool is to cold child was freezing so was disappointed we didn't get to avail of this.

Everything was perfect except for the food part. We had very good waiters on both days, they went above and beyond for u
Great family hotel. Very clean and location was perfect not in the city and not too far from the city.
The rude manager. They refused to serve my son lunch because we didn’t book in advance. He literally just wanted chips and nuggets. Argued with him for over an hour just to get served. Really disappointed.
